Testing and production confirmation is a formal way of confirming production parameters and ensuring they meet your requirements so there are no problems when full production starts.
As a special offer, the testing and production slot isn’t necessarily time restricted and a sensible number of parts will be run alongside a formal production work instruction. This production slot may take longer than usual and include additional logging, quality testing, photos or other requirements to confirm to both parties that full production will run smoothly.
Most full production slots are unlikely to require your presence, but you are more than welcome to join for the initial production confirmation and see the process for yourself at our Redditch facility.
Please note that this is a production slot and not a new project kick off, you will usually purchase this with guidance from your project manager.
